Packing and shipping guidelines
Customers receive the shipping address only after review. If we request inspection, pack the watch securely, insure the shipment for its replacement value, and include the repair reference in the package.
Do not include original boxes, papers, sentimental straps, or accessories unless we specifically ask for them.
How payment works
The intake is free. After review and inspection, we create a manual WooCommerce order for the approved repair labor, parts, and insured return shipping. You receive an invoice/payment link before paid work proceeds.
This keeps repair requests separate from normal product checkout until the quote is known.
